Which channels can you watch? 
  • Each sold Superbox device comes with a signed disclaimer explicitly stating that the device itself is an empty entertainment platform for recreational use.
  • It is designed to host applications that users can download independently from various app stores or the internet. We emphasize that the responsibility for selecting and playing content through these applications restssolely with the user.
  • Through the disclaimer, we advise customers to ensure their activities comply with relevant copyright laws. Therefore, our product servesmerely as a channel for content delivery, and we explicitly disclaim any liability for how customers use the device.

Does it need to be connected to WiFi?

To ensure smooth high-definition streaming, we recommend placing the TV box close to the WiFi router and maintaining an internet speed of at least 25-100 Mbps.

How many TVs can access the same box simultaneously?

One box connects to one TV. Currently, the multi-screen function is not available. However, our developers are actively seeking suitable partners to enable this service in the future.

Do you need a smart TV?
  • No smart TV is required. You only need a TV with AV or HDMI input ports and an internet connection
How far should the box be from the TV for the best viewing experience?
  • The box requires an HDMI cable (included in the package) to connect to the TV.The closer the distance, the better the performance.
How to set up and use the Superbox after receiving it?

How to change the time zone on the box? 

Go toSettings(gear icon) from the home screen. It is located underDevice Preferencesin Settings. The date and time settings should be there. Make sure to select the correct time zone.

How to add your favorite channels?

To add favorite channels, go toLive Channels, press the "OK" button on the remote, and a channel list will appear on the left. Then select a channel and long-press the "OK" button for a few seconds until the star icon highlights. The channel will then be added to the Favorites section.

What does it mean when the screen shows Device Forbidden (202)?
  • Our devices will not be disabled. We respect your preferences and do not interfere with other retailers. If you encounter a device disable error, please contact your seller.
  • Note: We are only responsible for orders placed through our website.
  • If you ordered from our website, please provide your name or order number and MAC address, and we will help resolve the issue.
How to fix Google error code 403?
  • We recommend installing the Aptoide app from the app store. Also, check the tutorial on our YouTube channel—it may resolve your issue.
You can see the channel and program list, but all channels show a black screen with nothing loading.
  • Try restarting both the SuperBOX and your router. Then forget the network and reconnect to your WiFi.
What are the differences between SuperBox S6 PRO, S6 MAX, and S6 ULTRA?

The differences between SuperBox S6 PRO, S6 MAX, and S6 ULTRA come down to two main factors:

  • Internal Storage – The S6 PRO comes with 32GB, the S6 MAX has 64GB, and the S6 ULTRA offers the largest storage at 128GB.

How to Use the SuperBOX Time Shift Feature?

A Step-by-Step Guide using SuperBOX Time Shift Feature
1/ Open the program you want to watch.
2/ Press the left button on the remote to access the Time Shift feature.
3/ Then, press the left button (rewind) to go back
Or press the right button (fast forward) to skip ahead.
4/ To exit the Time Shift feature, press the exit button twice

What is the warranty policy?
  • SuperBox warranty period lasts one year.
  • If there are any problems with your SuperBox Android TV box, please contact your seller or our customer service. In the first, to save your time, our technical support will do the best to help you to solve the problem. For the worse case, if your hardware gets into trouble and you won’t able to fix it, you can send the product to us and we will repair it for free within one year.
  • If your warranty period gets expired, you can still send the device to us for repair at separate cost. You’re still able to enjoy the service once the device been fixed.

Does SuperBox supports voice command?
  • Yes, SuperBox supports voice commands with its Bluetooth remote control. You need to pair it to the box before using.
  • First, insert two AAA batteries into the remote control and turn on the SuperBox.
  • Keep the remote and TV box within 10 inches of each other and press the Voice button on the remote.
  • Then, press the [OK] and [Return] buttons together until the indicator light flashes for pairing. Press the [OK] button until the red light stops blinking.
  • Finally, go to [Settings]-[Remote&Accessories] to check if the device is connected. Look for the “RC-200” device to confirm the pairing.
  • If the Bluetooth function or voice command function has some issues, you can re-connect it and pair it again to try it out.

Note: The RC-200 remote control voice control is not supported for S4/S3/S2/S1
